TRIP CANCELLATION INFORMATION:

​Greetings,
We regret to inform you that the East Aurora High School trip to Orlando, FL has been cancelled by the administration. We know this is a challenging time for everyone, so below you’ll find some important information regarding next steps and refunds:
  • All of our vendors (including hotel, motor coach, meals, attractions, etc.) have been paid in full for your trip, but we are advocating on your behalf with the vendors to secure the highest possible refund for your group. Due the volume of cancelations our vendors are dealing with, it may take the next 4-8 weeks to determine what is possible.  
  • If you have purchased Cancel for Any Reason Insurance (CFAR) you may initiate your claim online. For instructions on how to file a claim with Travel Insured International, click here.
    • You will need to wait to finish processing the claim until you receive any refund amount from BRT.
  • If you purchased the CFAR insurance you would have received an email confirmation from Travel Insured. If you are unsure if you purchased CFAR insurance you will need to contact Travel Insured by emailing groups@travelinsured.com. We are a separate entity from Travel Insured and we do not have access to your insurance information.

    We will continue to update your group leader as we have updates. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work through this unprecedented situation.

Room Sign Up!

You have until February 28 to pick your room. After February 28 a room will be assigned to you. There will be NO ROOM SWITCHING after February 28. 

​1) DO NOT CHANGE THE QUANTITY and 1 person sign up all 4 people. EACH PERSON MUST SIGN UP THEMSELVES. I need 4 individual sign ups per room.
2) No MORE or LESS than 4 students per room.
3) Pick your roommates wisely. One person misbehaving in a room can get the ENTIRE room sent home.
4) Your directors reserve the right to rearrange rooms, combine rooms, and move people.

If you do not sign up for a room, the directors will place you in a room.

  • November 1 - Must Register on the Internet Payment System (IPS) linking a credit/debit card to your account
  • November 8 - 1st Payment ($200) will be charged to your card
  • November 8 - Deposit Behavior Contract is due to the band directors
  • November 22 - Must Purchase Travel Insurance by this date if you want the FULL REFUND option. Lesser refund options are available after this date. 
  • January 17 - Payment #2 - $350
  • March 6 - Payment #3 - $350
  • April 24 - Remaining Balance

TOTAL TRIP COST WILL BE APPROXIMATELY $1250. Final price will be announced once we know how many travelers we have going.

  1. Click on the button above. If you are new (you did not go to New York in 2018) you will need to enter the trip ID #: IL006100044. Returning users can just enter your email and password to register
  2. Complete all required fields
  3. Read and accept the following Travel Insurance Acknowledgment and Travel Agreement.
  4. After all appropriate information has been supplied, an enrollment email will be sent to your address. All future notifications will come via email. (Check your junk/spam folders)

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance
To purchase Travel Insurance, click on the red button above. Travel insurance is optional but encouraged. 

If you want the CANCEL FOR ANY REASON COVERAGE - You must purchase the plan by November 22 (14 days after the deposit is taken on November 8). 

The "Travel Insurance Paperwork" button at the top of the page lists all of your travel insurance options.

​You may use a different insurance company for insurance if you wish.
