August 30 Meeting Information

In the above documents you will see our itinerary, cost of the trip, trip insurance information (optional), a payment schedule, and more.
The district has agreed to cover part of the expense of the trip. As long as we get close to 150 students, the district will reduce the cost of the trip to $1500 per student. |

Before you register
We want to make it crystal clear that behavior expectations will be enforced. Please make sure you agree to the following rules before you sign up for this trip.
Similar to social probation, students with significant documented behavior issues including violence, possession of weapons, and illegal substances will not be allowed to travel. Your behavior during the school year matters.
If the following rules are not followed it will result in the student having to stay with his/her chaperone for the remainder of the trip.
If these rules are not followed it will result in the student being sent home at the FAMILIES’ expense.

- All school policies apply. The student will behave in Orlando as they would at EAHS.
- Students are to stay in the designated area and not go off on their own.
- Students are never to be alone anywhere, and no group of students is to be without a cell phone.
- Students are to follow all requests of the chaperones.

- No drinking, smoking, drug use or sex.
- No stealing.
- No student is allowed in another student’s hotel room.
- No students are allowed out of their hotel rooms after curfew.
- Violence of any kind will not be tolerated.

- Upper Right - Click the "Trip Login" link
- Select "Register a New User"
- Fill out the contact information for the person responsible for PAYING for the trip
- Select "Register a Traveler" (This is the student information, who is going on the trip)
- Enter trip number 2406-20-12
- Select "Make a Payment" to pay the $200 non-refundable deposit
In addition to registering through the Music Travel Website, you must also sign and return the "Deposit Behavior Contract" that can be found at the top of this page. That contract must be turned in before September 14.
