Letters of Recommendation
If you need a letter of recommendation from one or more the band directors, you must complete the following steps:
It is highly recommended and encouraged you complete this process at least 2 weeks prior to the due date.
1. Ask them in person to complete a recommendation for you.
2. Email them the form to complete, the application link, or a description of what you need and when it is due.
3. Click the link below and complete the form after they've agreed to complete the letter of recommendation.
Failure to complete all of the steps will result in no letter of recommendation.

The East Aurora High School Band Program is using Charms Office Assistant for this school year. Charms is a great tool for communication and organization. Through this program the band director can contact parents and students via email, set events on a public calendar, assign instruments, collect fees and much, much more.
The first step is that EVERY BAND FAMILY needs to fill out their contact information. Please follow the directions below. YOUR INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SOLD or DISTRIBUTED. The only person who will use this information is Mr. Liska or Mr. Kulick for direct communication with you.

How to Log in to Charms Office Assistant
- www.charmsoffice.com (use the button at the top right)
- Click “Enter/Login” at the top right corner
- Under the “Parents/Students/Members” heading type the school code “EAHSband”
- Your “Student Area Password” is your ID#
- Find the blue, “Update Info” icon on the bottom left of the page
- Check ALL of your personal information

Phone/Cell Phone Lock/Locker Information
Cell Carrier Birthday

- Toward the top of the page click “Add New Adult”
- Enter your parent’s information
