Selecting Music

You will be asked to find three (3) pieces of music that fit your theme. There are a lot of places you can go to find band music. Below are some links to those places. Sometimes the publisher websites do not have recordings of the piece on their website. In those instances you may be able to find a recording on YouTube. Please use YouTube LAST. We would prefer the publishers recording over a YouTube recording.
JW Pepper
Basically the Amazon of sheet music. They have ways of filtering music by ensemble type and grade level. You can search for key words. This is where you should start.
Stanton's Sheet Music
Another very large music site. Similar to JW Pepper with ways of filtering.
Manhattan Beach Music
More difficult music but often unique. Composer Frank Tichelli puts his music here. No other composers will be on this site
Grand Mesa Music
Smaller music publisher. Their stuff does not always show up on the bigger websites. Worth a look.
