EA Jazz Ensemble Auditions:
Below are the materials you will need in order to Audition for the EA Jazz Ensemble. You will be required to know the entire part to "Great Love" and you will be required to do a small improv solo in Concert F. In order to do this, all you need to know is the concert F Scale and use that to play along with the track below. Come up with interesting rhythms and create an interesting melody.

Percussion, you need to prepare the drumset etude, "Great Love" on vibes, and an improv solo on vibes.

All wind players are required to learn the piece below, River City, and play a 12-bar improv solo in Concert Bb. Above you will see two River City Recordings - one is the full song and one is just the solo section.
